With the information that OfA is affected by the users emotions, it explains Deku’s “1,000,000%” and All Might’s “Plus Ultra”. I imagine all quirks are somewhat connected to emotions, bc humans are just like that, but theirs are MORE SO, like Tokoyami and Dark Shadow. They’re filled with self-righteous rage, so their power reacts to that (and ends up hurting them too).
Because of this, as someone else brought up, I really hope Izuku seeks out Tokoyami for advice on a quirk that acts out without your permission.
